Milissa, who works full-time on a miniature horse farm, looked over all of her options for schooling for her son. In the end, she enrolled Camden into Hope Academy, a private school for kids with special needs that prides itself on its “inclusion, encouragement, positive relationships, and recognition of student accomplishment.”
Although the mother was worried that her son would face the same difficulties and challenges that he had faced in school in the past, in particular bullying from other kids, she felt confident in knowing that she had chosen a well-known school with a solid reputation. She tried to stay positive, believing that Hope Academy was the perfect fit for her son.
