Hope Academy declared that the changes soon to be implemented into the school system included a special sensitivity training program dedicated for teachers and a much more rigorous hiring process of its educators including an enhanced background check.
The school is also planning on adding numerous security cameras all around the premises, including one in each classroom – this way they will be able to monitor the reactions between students and faculty on a daily basis.
