With fame and celebrity come crazed fans and stalkers. Back in 2002 and through 2003, Sandra was stalked by a man (among two others) named Thomas James Weldon. Weldon followed Bullock across a few states and got to the point of being on her property. It was then that Sandra got a restraining order against Weldon. During his time with the restraining order, he was placed in a mental institution.
After he was out and his restraining order had expired, he tried to find Sandra again, only to have another restraining order placed against him.
