Anyone who wears eyeglasses knows that a new pair of specs aren’t exactly cheap. By the time you invest in a pair of designer frames, spring for all of the add-ons, and actually pay for the glasses, you’re easily dropping a cool couple hundred bucks (or more!) on your new glasses.
This ex-partner had been generous enough to pay for their ex’s eyeglasses, but they weren’t going to let their gift go without one final dig: a custom engraving of the word LOSER on the inside of the temple. Ouch!
