Sadly, not everyone is blessed with thick, luscious locks. Plenty of people have thin hair, and that puts them at a disadvantage with a variety of hairstyles. To try and solve the problem, you can always turn to extensions, or simply work with what you have.
The woman here seems to have opted for the latter choice, although not necessarily to her benefit. She’s tied up her hair in a bun, but all that’s done is expose the uneven bangs that were hiding underneath.
