Stevie Nicks rose to fame in 1975, after she and her then-boyfriend Lindsey Buckingham joined Fleetwood Mac. The decision to add her to the band ended up being a solid one as her feathery vocals and talented songwriting ended up helping create one of the best-selling studio albums of all time, Rumours.
Nicks became an icon in her own right, eventually going solo by the early ’80s with her multiplatinum chart-topping album Bella Donna, while still remaining a member of the group.
