Cybill started out her career with beauty pageants and modeling. The American beauty was spotted on the cover of ‘Glamour’ magazine in 1970 and was offered her first acting role for the film ‘The Last Picture Show’ starring Jeff Bridges and Timothy Bottoms.
The film was a box office hit and Cybill’s future as a Hollywood actress was born. She starred in many films, although not all of them did too well. She turned to the stage and spent some time as a Broadway star until landing the leading role in the 1980s series ‘Moonlighting’ alongside Bruce Willis.
