Starting out as a Las Vegas showgirl, Valerie Perrine worked her way into show business with her talents and winning smile. She finally got her big break when she starred in the film ‘Lenny’ in 1974.
Her performance landed her an Academy Award Nomination and cemented her career as a full-time actress. But this was just the beginning. The role that shot her to stardom was that of ‘Eve Teschmacher’ in the 1978 Superman film. The actress went on to feature in over 70 films and shows throughout her career.
