Actor Wallace Shawn and author Deborah Eisenberg first met in the early 70s. They were both creative and ambitious youngsters with itchy feet, so for the next decade they spent their lives together traveling the world.
It’s now been almost 50 years since they first met, and their romance is still in full bloom. They have never married, nor have they ever had children, but both of them agree that they wouldn’t have had it any other way.
