It may seem like a casual thing to work at a clothing store. Even the Abercrombie & Fitch employees seem laid back and relaxed with what they’re wearing and how they’re walking about the store. Don’t be fooled! It’s all for show, as this person explains.
All the way down to what they are saying in their greetings when you walk into the store. They’ve been told to say that line (and that line only). So basically, you’re talking to a robot. A very good looking robot.
