Forget about a job interview… that’s not how Abercrombie & Fitch do it. An interview for this brand is actually an ‘audition.’ And it’s exactly what it sounds like, apparently… Think of a model audition, where the males need to take off their shirts and show their abs and the casting directors send the pictures to the head office.
