This Abercrombie & Fitch employee goes into detail about why the shoe and pants policy actually doesn’t make sense. Not only do they have to wear sandals, but also their pants must be super tight. Even the CEOs of Abercrombie & Fitch must wear jeans.
Imagine walking into the boardroom with some potential investors and business partners and seeing the CEO of the company you’re having a business with casually wearing jeans to the meeting. We agree with this person – it just seems unprofessional.
