The way that this employee talks about the working conditions at this Abercrombie & Fitch store is alarming. Discrimination for foreign workers, complete distrust in the staff… Why would people even choose to stay in such a position?
The minimum wage can be received from another place just as easily. Is it the exclusivity of being an Abercrombie & Fitch employee? If what this person describes is true, then nothing is worth working under such conditions – not even the ego boost that being an A&F worker gives you.
