One person gave this warning; When you get promoted to the manager role at Abercrombie & Fitch, be very aware of what comes along with the role. No, we’re not talking about having extra responsibilities and working more hours. We’re not talking about scheduling staff and being a fair team leader.
What we’re talking about is whether or not you have the right eye for hiring the most good-looking people. Because if you don’t, there will be serious repercussions from top-level management, or so it would seem.
