Working at Abercrombie & Fitch sometimes means you’re not actually working. If you’re put ‘on-call’, that just means you are a backup employee for when people can’t make it or they’re understaffed.

Essentially, you could have a job, but not actually go in and work and earn money for months. As this former employee shares, it feels like a waste of time to even be employed by them if this is the case. Better just find a new job.
