The moment that this woman knew she was totally done with working for this company was when she realized how unfair it was to not be able to wear her hair naturally. Just because her hair type couldn’t fit into the look-book of acceptable styles, she says she was told to make drastic changes and appear more ‘acceptable’ by not letting herself be natural.
Of course this hurt this employee’s feelings – so props to her for walking away and never going back.
