Ouch. Imagine having to blatantly lie and turn someone away, knowing that the reason why you were told to do that was because they weren’t good looking enough to work there. That’s not a lovely thing to do. Do the managers feel bad about it?
Who knows? The reality is that it is a tough world out there for people who aren’t model-worthy-beautiful, according to this employee… However will we thrive with our ‘average’ looks?
