Whoever worked out this trick of buying a ton of gift cards with their staff discount only to then quit as soon as you’ve got plenty is a genius. From the way this was explained, it seems as if the real reason why they got the job in the first place was to snatch up some discounts.
Was it for themselves? Or is there some black-market ring for cheap Abercrombie & Fitch clothing? Either way, this former employee pointed out this flaw in the system, and A&F may want to change things up here.
