All the Abercrombie & Fitch hiring managers were trying to accomplish was to find a select group of individuals that had a nice natural look. And by ‘nice and natural’, A&F employees mean it’s ‘super good looking and attractive’ but managers aren’t really allowed to say that on the job description – as that is being discriminative.
According to this person, managers would have to use these words to avoid getting sued, but they fully meant hiring good looking people.
