John Astin truly came to our attention in the 1960s when he took on the dark and gloomy character of Gomez in the television adaptation of the comedy, The Addams Family.
He immediately won over fans of the show and had casting directors waiting in line to work with him. This led to numerous roles in dramas and comedy shows such as St. Elsewhere and The Love Boat. As if he wasn’t cool enough already, John Astin has continued to act every since and has recently voiced a character in the superhero series, Justice League Action.
