It doesn’t happen often but there are circumstances in which you could be upgraded to first class seating. Maybe the flight attendant asked if someone could give up a seat and offered an upgrade. Or perhaps it’s your birthday and they were nice enough to offer it when you asked.
Whatever the case may be, if you didn’t pay for a first class ticket and was given the seat for free, don’t abuse it and complain! Just enjoy the the free perks.
