[post_page_title]You can get nosebleeds[/post_page_title]
We never knew that being pregnant can cause nosebleeds, but there’s actually a very logical explanation for it. When pregnant, the body produces higher amounts of blood, to support the growing baby.

The blood vessels in the body dilate in order to facilitate all that blood, and sometimes it causes the smaller blood vessels (particularly in the nose, where they are more fragile) to rupture and bleed. But fear not – as long as you don’t lose excessive amounts of blood, it shouldn’t be harmful.
