Everyone loves to tell expecting parents to get their sleep during the pregnancy because they won’t be able to do that once the baby arrives. But being pregnant can have the nasty side effect of having sleep insomnia and not being able to sleep.

Either way, sleeping at night gets difficult since you have to go to the bathroom every couple of hours, the baby can be constantly moving, or you can’t get comfortable. Some women even experience restless leg syndrome!
