[post_page_title]Postpartum depression can happen to anyone[/post_page_title]
Postpartum depression is something that isn’t talked about enough, so some people may think it’s limited to women who didn’t “plan” on having a baby. But the truth is, this condition happens due to an imbalance in hormones and sleep deprivation that comes with being a new parent (and can happen to both men and women).

The symptoms might include mood swings, severe anxiety, and trouble connecting with the newborn child. The important thing to keep in mind is it can happen to anyone, it’s not your fault, and it can be treated if you just look out for the symptoms and seek professional help.
