We can never know what the future holds, and we have no control over it. We know that in the back of our heads, but no one really expects to suddenly be told she’s having twins, triplets, or other surprises in her uterus.
You could want to have two kids, and after the first one get pregnant with quadruplets – you never know! It is important to keep in mind that we can’t control any of it, and be prepared for basically anything.
