Alvera was always known for being an extremely beautiful woman. But despite Alvera’s beauty and charm, it was undeniable that she had an air of mystery about her.
Very little was known about her past, except that she was born in 1921 to parents Camille Kilbourne (a lady of English and Scottish descent), and Azemar Frederic ( a man who hailed from New Orleans, which was also Alvera’s birthplace). As little as the information was, it was all that the people around her knew about her. And the secrecy around her was there for a reason.
