Lucinda Southworth’s story is pretty different compared to many of the women on this list. Southworth is the wife of Google co-founder Larry Page. The couple married in 2007 and despite Page’s fortune, she continued pursuing her doctorate from Stanford University.
Today, she is a scientist, researcher and philanthropist. Page and Southworth also founded the Carl Victor Page Memorial Foundation, a charity focused on fighting the Ebola virus epidemic in West Africa. The couple have two children.
