There is a Japanese proverb that goes like, “The goodness of a father exceeds the heights of the mountains, the goodness of a mother exceeds the depths of the sea”. This shows how much love our parents would give us no matter who we are and what we’ve become.
Of course, parents understand that their children are human beings, and that humans do go through ups and downs in life too. Naturally, our parents would want us to be happy in life and would strive to do their best too. Today, we shall look at some of the wholesome things parents did that made their kid’s day.

It is always a tragedy when a parent leaves this mortal world before the other, especially when their child is still young. Unfortunately, this is the sad reality of many families, be it in accidents, afflictions or other reasons.
For this single father in Thailand who didn’t want his son to feel ostracized, since he didn’t have a mother, he wore a dress to a ceremony, doubling up as both the son’s father and mother. This is truly a heartwarming thing and we hope that his son would appreciate it as he grows up.
