Before joining the cast as Roxie King, Soleil was already a big star. She rose to fame as a child actress, playing the main role in hit sitcom Punky Brewster. Following Sabrina the Teenage Witch, Soleil has had an interesting career. In 2004, she voiced Jade in the movie Bratz: Starrin’ & Stylin’, and did voiceover for the animated series Planet Sheen.
She tried her hand at directing, and her film Sonny Boy won best documentary at the San Diego Film Festival. She has also written two books on parenting and party planning. What a busy woman!
