Despite anything that people might say about their relationship, Roman Polanski definitely cared for Sharon Tate, and he was devastated after the tragedy that took place in their home. Just in case anyone was doubting how dedicated his heart was to her, the actions he took as he was mourning her should put those doubts to rest.
Roman literally gave away all of his physical possessions as a way of cleansing himself of the incident. He realized that they didn’t matter at all once Sharon passed.
