As we mentioned earlier, the mansion on 10050 Cielo Drive was demolished and the new house on the property has been supremely hard to sell ever since. This makes sense, as who wants to live in a place that seemingly has bad luck or bad energy surrounding it?
To help combat this, the people who own the property actually tried something creative: changing the entire address to get rid of association. Despite this, not much has changed about the marketability of the property. It seems people see right through this tactic.
