She might not have learned how to swing nunchucks like Bruce Lee, but Tate did at least get to learn some basics of fighting from the martial arts icon. Lee would direct both Tate and Kwan around the set to create a fight scene that stood out in the film.
Although neither actress was an expert at karate, there is no doubt Lee helped make their performances more believable. Lee also passed away far too soon when he lost his life at the age of 32 in 1973.
