By the time Tate’s fourth film of 1967 was released, ‘The Fearless Vampire Killers,’ she had become a household name. Tate stood out from the crowd thanks to her looks and skills in front of the camera.

She starred as Sarah Shagal in the horror-comedy movie, which loosely retells the classic ‘Dracula’ story but in its own rompy and funny way. While it wasn’t in line to win any Oscars, the film allowed Tate to team up with her husband for the first time.
