The twins originally went under the knife for a single procedure that would change their appearance to one that looked more like Brad Pitt – but they soon caught the plastic surgery bug and decided to shell out even more money to transform their appearance. In fact, during their quest to look like their Hollywood idol, the Schlepp twins underwent cheek implants, jaw implants, nose jobs and chin implants. To finish off their look, they were also fitted with 41 Pitt-inspired veneers.
