Amazingly, the MTV executives were so impressed with Mike and Matt Schlepp that they gave the twins the debut spot on their brand new show. At the time, plastic surgery was a relatively new concept and reserved for those who were famous and rich. Yet, this new show gave celebrity fans the chance to look like their favorite actors or actresses – and the twins were lapping it up. As the debut stars on the show, the twins rose to fame, and soon became the talk of the town.
