Got an oily pan and no will to wash it, but have plenty of baking soda and white vinegar in the pantry? Time to let a chemical reaction do your job for you.
Some people swear by this method of covering a greasy pan with baking soda, and then adding white vinegar to it. The mixture will immediately start to bubble and fizz (you might want to do this in the sink to avoid a mess), and after a little soaking, it should be easy peasy to wash the pan clean.
