We hope we’ll never have to deal with a grease fire, but in case we ever come across one, we already know what to do, thanks to these tips. If the fire is small and manageable, it can be put out with baking soda.
Trying to move the burning pot or pouring water into it is not advised, because in the first scenario the oil might burn you, and in the second, the water could cause the oil to splash, spreading the fire. Living and learning!
