[post_page_title]Turn baking soda into a beauty ally[/post_page_title]
This old school trick enlists the help of baking soda as an all around beauty ally that treats you from head to… knees. The first “recipe” is for rough parts of the body that need a little exfoliation. A paste of baking soda and water is believed to act as a natural scrub for elbows and knees.
The recommendation is to gently rub the mixture on those areas, then rinse. Diluted baking soda is also said to help fade semi-permanent hair colors, although you should probably consult a specialist before you do anything about it.
