Although Thylane loved her modeling career and her mom wanted her to continue, the backlash of the Vogue shoot seemed like the perfect moment for Thylane to slide away from the limelight. While she didn’t quit the modeling world completely, she did decide to take a back seat and focus on a normal life.
She went to school, she hung out with her friends, and she modeled on the side. It was the break she needed, and it was the break that the world needed. That way, they couldn’t complain about her job.
