That bungee jumping selfie was not the last time Fresh Prince fans found eerie parallels between the show and Will Smith’s current career. For Netflix’s Bright, the sci-fi buddy cop movie that was supposed to be the streaming service’s first blockbuster, Smith sported an impressive moustache.
Once again, internet detectives delved deep into the Fresh Prince archives and struck hairy gold. In one episode, where Will pretended to be Ashley’s father to fool her teacher, he looked exactly the same. “I hated that moustache,” Smith recalled. “That was so bad.”
