Part of the reason Smith may not be chomping at the bit to get back to Bel-Air is the fact he simply can’t bear to watch himself in the original! Whenever the show’s on today, he makes sure to change the channel for a simple reason – it makes him cringe.
In the first few episodes, you can actually see him mouthing the other actors’ dialogue. He was so focused on succeeding that he overachieved and learned everybody’s lines! “It’s terrible and I can’t bear to watch it,” he said.
