Jennifer’s students were shocked at all of the results. They couldn’t believe how many of the samples were coming back negative. Their teacher had warned them that food was mislabelled more than you may think, but seeing this hard evidence was the nail in the coffin.
The students knew that whenever they bought fish in the future, they would always think twice about what it was that they were actually buying, or they could end up eating more than they bargained for.
