[post_page_title]A dangerous fish[/post_page_title]
Things were about to go from bad to worse, because another sample was going to come back as a particularly unsafe fish to eat. The seventh sample was labeled as White Tuna, however, the results came back as a fish called Escolar.
Escolar is a fish that has actually been banned in various countries around the world. Why? Well, it contains a type of oil called wax ester oil which is indigestible by humans. These results have proved that many restaurants still serve up the fish despite its health warnings. They simply just label it as a different type of fish instead.
