This biology teacher asked her students to test restaurant sushi and found it’s a fraud

Another restaurant was tested too, and at this point, the students were hoping to get at least one restaurant with the correct labeling. Unfortunately, they were not in luck. Another sample was tested and the results came back as negative once again.

The fish tested was labeled as White Tuna, but it turned out to actually be Yellowfin Tuna. Even though the name is similar, they are in fact two very different species. What was going on? Why were so many fish products being mislabelled?
