After living somewhere for years, it can be hard to keep a property in the same condition that you found it. Certain changes happen naturally over time, from walls getting discolored to carpets being worn down.
These might not necessarily be avoidable, but other issues definitely are. We can’t imagine this was the state of the floor when the tenants first moved in, but that’s how they left it when they later moved out. It’s almost as if they tried to spill as much as possible on the carpet.
