People can get a little wild when they’re on a night out. With some drink in their system, their inhibitions are lowered and their need to act recklessly is at an all-time high. Perhaps that’s why someone decided just to push this trash can into the road and allow all the garbage to spill out.
Any drivers who came this way must have been at a loss of what to do. They couldn’t easily drive around all that trash, but they probably weren’t inclined to clean it up either.
