James does like to troll many of the people who send in their requests to him, but he does also have a kinder side. This girl sent him in a picture of herself with blotches on her skin, telling him that she doesn’t like the skin condition she has.
James sent the picture back unchanged and gave the girl an inspirational message. Telling her that she should accept that her condition doesn’t change how attractive she is and once she learns to see past it, other people will too
