This woman is wearing a dress that could almost be seen as a mermaid’s tail, so it probably wouldn’t be too difficult for someone with James’ talents to make her seem like one.
He decided to oblige this woman’s request to be turned into a mermaid, but not exactly the beautiful mermaid she might have been expecting. Technically she is half human half fish, so James has complied, sadly she is all set to be sold at a fish market in the near future.
