Cheeseburgers often come with more than just cheese and a burger. You often get pickles and onions in them, especially from McDonald’s. This person didn’t seem to like the added extras and just wanted their cheeseburger to come with cheese and ketchup.
The person in the kitchen took the order literally and gave them what they wanted, just cheese and ketchup. This cook was fed up of fussy eaters so thought they would teach this customer a lesson by literally following their order to a T.
