As things often do when it comes to the end of a marriage, there was the potential for things to get nasty as Kenny and Renée worked stuff out. Kenny didn’t want both his and Renée’s names to be dragged through the dirt, so he did whatever he could to make things easier. His and Renée’s lawyers felt they were running out of options when trying to annul the relationship…
So Kenny did what he felt was the right thing. He swallowed his pride and agreed to the ‘fraud’ claims the Zellweger had made and the two were able to go their separate ways. Kenny thought the reason for the split was “ridiculous” but went along with the annulment.
